How to create a histogram using bar charts

You can create a histogram by using a bar chart and leveraging the automatic bucketing feature for numerical values.

Creating a Histogram

  1. Create a new bar chart

  2. Drag a numerical value into the x-axis

  3. The system will automatically give you the option to bucket the values

  4. Select the bucketing option to create your histogram

Once created, your histogram will display buckets on the x-axis (for example: 0-10000, 10001-20000, etc.) showing the distribution of your numerical data.
