Customizing download error messages

When users encounter errors during downloads, they will see an error message with a support email to reach out to. You can customize the support email address that appears in these error messages.

How to customize the support email

To change the support email address shown in error messages:

1. Go to Settings > Support Emails

2. Update the support email address

3. Save your changes

This email address will be displayed to users when they encounter download errors or other system notifications requiring support contact.
