Report Builder: Does the timezone selected for scheduled email reports affect the data?

Whether or not the timezone selected for scheduled reports in the Report Builder affects the data sent depends on if the Report Builder is set to UTC or Local Time in the Explo application.
UTC: When the report builder is set to UTC, data will not be affected by the timezone selector that your end user selects.
Local Time: When the report builder is set to local time, data will be affected based on the timezone selected by the end user. The reports will adjust and shift timezones to the selected timezone. This may cause certain datapoints to fall into different dates based on which timezone it was set.
